The Polycom Voicestation 300 has a compact design perfect for desktops and smaller rooms and is ideal for small meetings of up to 4 people.  It is easy to use and install into any analogue phone jack.

 

The Voicestation offers incredible voice quality.  Nothing will interfere with your call.  Full duplex technology provides natural, simultaneous 2-way conversation without dropouts.  There is no need to raise your voice and you will be will heard up to 7ft away.  Dynamic Noise Reduction actively removes background noises and the integrated 3 sensitive microphones which give 360-degree coverage are intellgently mixed to highlight the person speaking and not any ambient sounds as well as being equipped with technology to resist interference from wireless devices such as mobile phones.

 

All the convenient controls make it easy to use.  There is an intuitive keypad with the controls for volume, mute, redial, flash and hold.  To make private calls, simply plug in a handset phone and then switch back to the Voicestation 300 for hands-free conversations.  It can also be plugged into a fax machine or PC modem.
